The Last Best Ski Pre-Kickstarter Message
Skiing is a life-long sport.
It is easy to start learning and takes a lifetime to master.
The long cold, snowy winters in a place like SW Montana can feel like a prison or paradise depending if you embrace skiing.
With so much terrain available and so many ground-breaking experts in the area it can be intimidating to try something new.
I have no idea how it happened, we all practice social distancing, wash hands, wear masks but nevertheless a month ago I tested positive for Covid.
Isolated and Quarantined in my basement I sketched to keep a positive mindset. As a result I’ve now completed over 60 hand drawn illustrations for my new ski book.
Getting out of isolation made me appreciate the outside world even more.
Healthy happy lives are a result of mentally engaging physical activity, being in nature and sharing the experience with community.
That is what skiing is.
In SW Montana we have we have six months of winter world class opportunities for downhill skiing, backcountry skiing, Nordic skiing, skimo, adaptive skiing, biathlon and more. With so many opportunities and so many experts it can be intimidating to know where to start.
